FIVE is committed to implement and monitor its information security controls in order to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of data.
We base our action to preserve the data and information of FIVE, customers, employees, and third parties, with a commitment to meet requirements related to information security, information security management system (ISMS) objectives, and continuous improvement.
The bases of the ISMS are:
Systematize the Information Security throughout the company, considering all critical processes.
Promote awareness of Information Security.
Support and commit to achieving compliance with applicable personal data protection laws and regulations, as well as contractual agreements between the company, customers, suppliers and partners.
Establish management based on risk assessment, optimizing decisions and minimizing occurrences that impact data security.
