FIVE was one of the participants in the SINDUSFARMA Quality Awards 2019 Ceremony under the categories of "Service Provider for Production" and "Service Provider for Quality".
The awards ceremony of that year was in its 23rd edition and aimed to encourage improvement in quality management, rewarding outstanding suppliers and service providers of the Pharmaceutical Industry area.
This was the second participation of FIVE, which annually invests in the improvement of its Quality System, to continue being a reference company in Systems Validation, Equipment and Utilities Qualification, and other services offered to the sector.

Innovation has been one of FIVE's hallmarks and technology has been a great ally to strengthen its Quality System. By launching GO!FIVE® in 2019, a software for the management of paperless validation projects, FIVE demonstrated its position as an innovative company that invests in solutions that reinforce its Quality System and, consequently, the quality of offered services and products.
In addition to being technologically innovative, FIVE constantly invests in the technical qualification of its employees, through monthly training sessions throughout the year and the implementation of Quality Management programs.
This investment in its Quality Policy has already given positive results, according to the quality evaluation carried out by FIVE at that time, in collaboration with its clients, resulted in a satisfaction level above 90% in aspects such as technical quality, compliance with deadlines and agility in work execution.
The 23rd edition of the SINDUSFARMA Quality Awards winner’s announcement was scheduled for May 20th, in São Paulo.
